It's a Dunkin Donuts. How can you go wrong? My blueberry coffee, cream no sugar, hit the spot!

My local donut shop. I love Dunkin Donuts. This is a pretty small donut store, with maybe 8 tables in the place. Most of the business is take out. The service is pretty quick, even if there's a line of people in front of you.

Pretty much always mess up our order. They also seem to always be out of something. I prefer the other CO Springs locations.

Ambiance: If you have been to one Dunkin Donuts, you basically have been to them all. This location is clean and has a limited seating area. Counter service. Service: Very fast. A few years back, they would have only one person behind the counter, which used to produce long waits (having to wait over 5 minutes to order one donut and a cup coffee, as those in front of you took forever to choose their selections when ordering multiple dozens of donuts.) This has now been remedied with two people working behind the counter. They also got rid of their bagel-egg product, which would slow service way down, as it took several minutes to make, and created long waits for the customers in line. Food: Donuts are always fresh (at this location, the selection starts to dwindle by around 830am or so, and they close when all Donuts are sold out, usually by 11am). Far superior to donuts found in the bakery section of the major grocery stores. My only suggestion would be to bring back the french crullers, which were discontinued about a year or so ago (I guess they weren't big sellers). Also, they have seasonal donuts throughout the year (pumpkin, gingerbread, etc.). The big draw for me here is the coffee, which is far better than the house coffee at Starbucks. They sell Dunkin Donut coffee in the grocery stores now, but it always tastes better when I buy it here. I usually stop here daily on my way to work for their great coffee. I hesitated to review a chain donut shop, but this franchise is very reliable, and very good. Consistent product that delivers.

This Dunkin Donuts is definitely the cleanest in the Springs. The women that work there are very nice and the coffee is the best in the world!!!!!! Get there early though because the store closes at 12 and they run out of donuts and bagels around 10:30. Overall just great.

Just okay. Bought donuts for my husbands staff and the place itself is pretty small. the donuts were dry and stale. the staff was friendly but if the donuts arent fresh then what's the point of going to dunkin donuts? We wont be coming back. bummer!

Came to get a big bunch of munckins - 50 now for $10! PLUS no white powdered this AM? All I can say is not like the "old" days of FRESH warm melt in your mouth. King soopers is almost better folks.

I'm not impressed by their donuts. I prefer Krispy Kreme, Lora's or Lamar's in South Denver for their light airy dough. The service is very good here, and that's why it gets 2 stars instead of just 1 star.

This store has been recently renovated (last year or so). They freshened it up a bit, which was needed. Nothing fancy, but they did rearrange the counter from straight up in the back of the room, to now perpendicular to the length of the room on the left hand-side. This allowed for a bit more open, airy feel and a to fit a few more cafe' tables for order-in. We come rarely, and when we do, we take out so I can only speak for that end of the business. The service is cordial and the lady at the counter asked me if I was military and promptly offered me a discount. THAT WAS NICE, on a second thought she may have just glanced at my ID in the wallet (as my husband has never been asked). Nevertheless, it was nice of her to ask, and she DID give me a discount! Yeah for that. This location is clean and the items for sale are arranged neatly on the shelves. It is a chain, so I can't quite hand out 5 stars, but this still a pretty high score. I am glad we have his store in the Rockrimmon area, for those days when you just crave a doughnut.
